Lowkey Meadery is located at 681 S Augustin Loop, Suite B, East Wenatchee, WA, and produces and sells fermented honey wine (mead) and related products. Use of this Website, and purchase of any alcohol products referenced on it, is subject to the age and legal restrictions described below.

Age Verification & Alcohol Compliance

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, consume, or receive alcohol products from Lowkey Meadery, in compliance with Washington State law and the regulations of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB). By using this Website or visiting our tasting room, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

Lowkey Meadery reserves the right to require valid government-issued photo identification before serving alcohol in the tasting room, fulfilling any order, or processing any membership signup. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age or who appears intoxicated.

Any direct-to-consumer shipment or delivery of alcohol is subject to additional age-verification requirements at the point of delivery (signature of an adult 21+ required), and to any state-specific restrictions on shipping alcohol into that state. It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving alcohol shipments is legal in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than content you own, Lowkey Meadery and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained on this Website, including but not limited to our brand name, logo, label artwork, and product names (e.g., Steve, Dark Bough, Crimson Honeymoon, Vanilla Metheglin, Krushed Passion Punch, Mead Tepache).

You are granted a limited license only for the purpose of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Membership Programs (Lowkey Clubs)

Lowkey Meadery offers membership programs, including The Hive, Founders' Circle, and The Reserve ("Lowkey Clubs"). Participation in any Lowkey Club is subject to these Terms and any additional membership-specific terms provided at signup, including billing, renewal, cancellation, and benefit details. Members must be 21 years of age or older to enroll. Lowkey Meadery reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or availability at its discretion, with reasonable notice to members where required by law.

Your Content

In these Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to display on this Website (including reviews, comments, or user-submitted content). By displaying Your Content, you grant Lowkey Meadery a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not invade any third party's rights. Lowkey Meadery reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.
