Local Ingredients. Love for the craft. Family focused. 

We do our best to use whole quality ingredients while trying our best to support our local counterparts. Our products are made with mostly local fruits, honey, and other products. We have often picked our own fruit, and so far, have processed everything by hand. 

Our Friends and Family mean everything to us and have been our biggest supporters and cheerleaders. They have all been with us every step of our journey and helped build and grow our business, and continue to help run, improve, and grow the business even more. We would not be where we are today without them. They deserve every bit of recognition for what they have done for us. Thank you to all of our friends and family for all the help you have given us.

We care about trying to do best by the ingredients and the process we use. We use a variety of traditional and modern practices to try and produce the best possible products with the least amount of waste. 

We have recently been able to open our own tasting room in East Wenatchee! 

Located at the Trades District, we have a cozy intimate space with a full menu, and plenty of our mead options for tasting, as well as retail to-go products. 

We proudly serve bread products from Heirloom bakery, and actively seek to partner with other community members to support our local small business!
